CONCLUSION

Each entrepreneurial trait is important for entrepreneur. These characteristics are the key to success for them. The most important thing is entrepreneur has to insist on their vision and not easily give up.

            Through this assignment, we can see the process of becoming an entrepreneur. To become a successful entrepreneur, the skills mentioned above are required. All entrepreneurs come from different background. However, they have one similar characteristic, which is never give up when facing obstacles. People around them thought that their vision are impossible to establish but they change the “impossible” to “I am possible”. Many of them have failed a lot of times but they are still willing to take risk.

            Actually, all of us can be an entrepreneur if we have the characteristics as required as an entrepreneur. However, becoming a successful entrepreneur is not an easy task. We also have to work very hard, willing to learn and receive every new thing and have strong spirit to achieve our goal. Moreover, we cannot scare to face failure while doing business. In other word, we will never improve ourselves if we never get failure. For example, the foot and mouth disease destroyed Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar Shah bin Syed Al Bukhary’s cattle business. He did not give up but take it as a challenge. After that, he turned his business on selling meat.

            Sometimes, many of us did not success because we are too easily to give up. There is a possibility that just only one step towards success. Meaning to say, a person will be success if he or she manages to face the last obstacle after struggling for a long time. Many people choose to give up when it lefts only one obstacle. So, not easily give up is very important to become a successful entrepreneur.

            In conclusion, the characteristics of entrepreneur are important and there is a lot of moment we will be using it in the future although some of us do not want to be an entrepreneur.
